(1)蛋白和蛋黃分開

這是我在台北南門市場買的土魠魚乾


我之所以選用土魠魚來炒飯,是因為它沒有刺不會很鹹


切之前最好先泡十分鐘比較好切


 


 


 


 



 



  


(3)將切丁的鹹魚入鍋煎至微焦黃,魚的香味才會出來..


 


 



 



(4)然後蛋白入鍋煎熟                


(5)將拌好蛋黃的白飯下鍋炒勻


(6)放黑胡椒及蔥花一起拌炒    


               * 記住 :不必放鹽
