這是多年前在電視上學的年菜,曾做了幾次,家人都讚口不絕,


                                                 想到又要過年,就先做一些與大 家分享 ....                                                      


                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            


 



1.馬鈴薯三個洗淨後連皮蒸熟,趁熱剝皮,(好剝)   


                             2.將馬鈴薯搗碎,但不要全部成泥狀,留下部分小顆粒,較有咬勁 ..   


 



 



 


3.加入任何一種乾的義式香料(如巴西里葉. 羅勒)胡椒鹽以及少許太白粉加以拌勻


 


 



 



4.馬鈴薯用手捏成金棗形狀,外面再沾一點太白粉                        


 


 




5.本來應該用炸的,但因為用後的油難處理


 所以我改成用比平常多一點的油下去煎


         顏色沒有炸的漂亮 , 如果是炸的 


         金黃色.橢圓形.鼓鼓的..  


             很像金棗呢    


       


                                有黃金 . 又能早生貴子 . 早日成功. 早日幸福.  早日完成...........
